How can I help?

I thought I’d riff on LinkedIn’s “Open to Work” status and share how I can help you with your marketing or revenue growth challenges, which today are not always a neat, tidy square hole requiring the square peg of an FTE.

Maybe you need a sounding board, an extra pair of hands, some advice, or a deeper engagement, delivered flexibly and without a long-term commitment, to quickly solve a problem or fill a gap.

Who I work with

I work with B2B tech CEOs, founders, and busy leadership teams looking to build business momentum through ART (Awareness, Revenue, and Trust) with a bespoke engagement. I focus on what will generate revenue, not with a bag of thoughtless tactical fixes and “growth hacks”, but with a proven methodology and strategy.

Leaders usually get in touch when they feel something is a little off, have lost momentum, or are looking to pivot or realign the business. Often, sales and marketing have lost alignment, and the board, the C-suite, or investors are asking the harder questions.

To address that, they recognize they need some experience to structure, start, or optimize marketing or one of the teams or functions, but are unsure whether they are ready for the friction, cost, risk, and time it’ll take to bring on a full-time hire.

Getting started

Usually it starts with a chat, which leads to a targeted short advisory engagement to solve a specific challenge, or a mentor-type engagement, or a longer-term fractional marketing leadership or non-executive board advisory.

I’ll ask some difficult questions, draw on what I have seen in successful B2B tech businesses to make sense of the signals, and focus on what actually creates revenue by building awareness and trust with the buyer.

Ask my chums, they’ll tell you I don’t do the hard sell. I am way more curious about your challenge and passionate about the craft, and we will both know if this is not a good fit.

How about you?

That’s quite enough about me, what about you? If you’re wrestling with growth, focus, or momentum, and would like a straight conversation, I’m open to help.

Let’s start with a chat.

No pitch. No obligation. Just a conversation.
